Terms and Conditions

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they set out the terms under which Cssuppliers ltd makes the products available to you ("product Terms"). They only apply to goods purchased by telephone as per the Distant Selling Directive.

The prices payable for the items that you order are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable. The price of the items does not include delivery charges.

You can pay with any Maestro, Delta, Mastercard or Visa card. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. It may be necessary to re-confirm your security number for data protection reasons. Payment will be taken for out of stock items to secure stock, only if you're happy to proceed with the order and agree to wait for the goods.

When buying by telephone, we only deliver to the address that matches the billing address of the credit card or debit card holder. This is to protect our customers against any potential card fraud.

If you are buying goods for a family member or if you our a business or landlord and the cardholder and delivery address are not the same you must discuss the payment and delivery/collection options with a representative.

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible. Offer an alternative or a full Refund.

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until payment for your goods is authorised by your bank or credit card issuer. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply to you without giving any reason. At the moment that payment for the goods is authorised, and not before, a contract will be made between you and us. Authority for payment must be given at the time of the order. If for any reason the goods cannot be supplied then payment will be refunded in full.

It is important to note that product dimensions do not include any protruding features such as, controls and handles etc. Product dimensions represent the casing of the product only.

If you wish to cancel your goods, we ask that you advise us within 7 days of receiving them. We reserve the right to charge for the collection of goods and to charge for any damage to the goods while in your possession. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel.

Goods must be returned in there original packaging unused and in perfect condition.

Reserving Goods On-Line

When you choose the option to reserve your goods online, you will be required to enter your contact details including name, address, telephone number(s) and e-mail address so the store is able to process your order.

The goods will then be automatically held for 24hrs. You can call in store to collect at anytime (see opening hours) or alternatively a representative will be in contact with you to arrange a suitable time for collection and/or delivery.

You may pay for your reserved goods by telephone or by arrangement when you collect them from the store.

A deposit or full payment must be received within 24hrs on reserved orders, unless an alternative arrangement has been made with a representative. Otherwise the goods will be released into stock for general sale.

A 10% to deposit will reserve goods for a maximum of 30 days. Full payment must be received within the 30 Days, otherwise the goods will be released into stock for general sale and you will forfeit your deposit.
