Want your appliance today? With our Click & Collect service, thousands of appliances are ready for same-day collection when you order within our collection hours. No waiting, no delivery fees – just a quick and easy way to shop.
How It Works
- Place Your Order Online – Find your perfect appliance, add it to your basket, and choose Collection at checkout.
- Receive Your Confirmation – Once your order is ready for collection, we’ll send you an email, and if your item is a pre-order, we’ll text you as soon as it arrives.
- Pick Up Your Order – Head to our showroom entrance, show your confirmation email, and sign for collection.
Same-Day Collection Available
- Monday to Friday – Order before 5:00 PM for same-day collection.
- Saturday – Order before 3:30 PM for same-day collection.
Orders placed after these times will be ready for collection when we open on the next working day.

Collecting Large Appliances?
Our staff will help load your appliance into your vehicle. If it doesn’t fit, we can arrange home delivery for just £12.
Cancellations, Returns & Faulty Items
- Unwanted Items – Returns must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. You can either bring the item back to our warehouse or arrange a £12 collection service.
- Damaged Returns – All items are inspected before collection. If an item is returned with damage, a restocking fee may apply, or we may be unable to accept the return.
- Faulty Appliances – If your appliance develops a fault within 14 days of collection, our engineer will inspect it at your address and arrange a replacement if needed.
