DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery to Northern Ireland

For customers in Northern Ireland, our delivery options cover both small and major appliances. Here’s a quick guide:

  • Small Appliances – Free delivery on all items within our Small Appliances and Dyson store category.
  • Other Products – A flat delivery fee of £12 applies for items outside the Small Appliances and Dyson store category.
  • Delivery Timeframes:

    • Within 25 Miles of CS Suppliers Shop – Next-day delivery or within 2 working days.
    • Outside 25 Miles – Delivery within 3-5 working days.
  • Disposal of Major Appliances – We offer disposal services at £15 (or £30 for an American-style fridge freezer). Please have your old appliance disconnected and ready for removal when we deliver your new one.

Delivery to Mainland UK

For our customers in mainland UK (England, Wales, and Scotland), please note the following:

  • Delivery Areas – We deliver to mainland UK only and currently do not cover the Channel Islands.
  • Delivery Service – Enjoy free 48-hour delivery via DPD for all eligible items.
  • Major Appliances – At this time, we do not deliver major appliances to mainland UK addresses. Such as washing appliances, large cooking appliances, dishwashers, refrigeration appliances and televisions.
  • Dyson Products – Enjoy free delivery on all orders across the UK.

Processing Your Order

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by updates as soon as your items are on their way. If you need to make any changes, please contact us by phone or email before your order is dispatched, as changes can only be made prior to dispatch.

Getting Ready For Delivery

To help a smooth delivery experience for major appliances, we ask that customers make a few preparations beforehand:

  • Clear Pathway – Have a clear path from the entryway to the room where the appliance will be installed, with any obstacles removed to allow safe access.
  • Check Connections – Make sure electric sockets and plumbing connections are accessible and in good working order for items like washing machines or dishwashers.
  • Space for Installation – For integrated appliances double-check that the appliance fits within the designated space. In some cases, door removal may be necessary for proper installation.
  • Restricted Access – A £15 surcharge applies if the delivery involves stairs or other restricted areas that require extra handling.

Please contact us if you won't be in for your delivery date; otherwise, a £15 missed delivery charge will apply.
