Like-for-like basis: Recycling is offered when purchasing a new appliance of the same type.
Size and door removal fees: Fees apply if the old appliance is larger than the new one and requires door removal. These fees are waived if the customer has already arranged for door removal.
Disconnection requirement: Appliances must be disconnected before we can recycle them.
Installation and disconnection: If we are installing the new appliance, we will also disconnect the old one.
